Heritage walk: Chinese nets, Mattancherry Palace, Paradesi synagogue (1568), Jew Town spice bazaar. Long lunch at Fort House.
- 3Day 3Alleppey Houseboat
Board private 2-BR Kettuvallam at 12:00, cruise through Vembanad Lake villages, chef-cooked karimeen dinner on deck, moor for the night in a silent canal.
- 4Day 4Kumarakom Lake Resort
Disembark, transfer to Kumarakom Lake Resort meandering pool villa. Afternoon canoe among migratory birds, sunset yoga.
- 5Day 5Munnar Tea Country
Drive to Munnar (1,600m) via Kadamane. Private plantation walk with a 3rd-generation tea planter, high tea at 4:00 PM.
- 6Day 6Kolukkumalai Sunrise
5:00 AM jeep to Kolukkumalai (world's highest tea estate, 2,400m) for sunrise above the clouds. Afternoon Ayurveda consultation and abhyanga.

Return via CGH Coconut Lagoon for full-day panchakarma sampler, sadhya lunch on a banana leaf, sunset in the coconut grove.
